AdPlug

Data Deletion

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Disconnect a single ad platform

Open your connections page and choose Disconnect on the platform you want removed. This deletes the connection record and the encrypted access credentials for that platform straight away. AdPlug can no longer reach that ad account afterwards, and your campaigns are left exactly as they are.

2. Remove a HubSpot portal

Each HubSpot portal you connect is its own connection, so you remove them one at a time. On your Connections page, find the portal on the HubSpot card, choose Remove, then Confirm remove.

We delete that portal's details and its encrypted login straight away and ask HubSpot to revoke the login, so AdPlug can no longer reach the portal. Your other portals stay connected, and your HubSpot records stay exactly as they are. Change previews for that portal that never ran are deleted with it; the rest go with our daily clean-up a day or two later.

If you disconnect AdPlug inside HubSpot instead, in its connected apps settings, remove the portal here as well, so we delete what we stored for it.

3. Remove AdPlug from Facebook

You can also start from Meta's side. In your Facebook settings, open Apps and Websites, remove AdPlug, and choose the option to send a data deletion request.

Facebook notifies us automatically. We delete the Meta connection and its stored credentials, then return you to this page with a confirmation. No email or support ticket is needed.

4. Delete your AdPlug account

On your Profile page, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. We delete your profile, every connection and HubSpot portal, any change previews and your usage history, and ask HubSpot to revoke the login for each portal you connected. You are signed out straight away.

If you would rather we did it, email support@adplug.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

Deleting your AdPlug account does not touch anything inside your ad accounts, Search Console properties or HubSpot portals. Those belong to you and stay exactly as they were.

5. What we store while you are connected

AdPlug keeps your account profile, encrypted credentials for each platform you connect (for HubSpot, also each portal's name, domain and region and the HubSpot user who connected it), and a log of which tools were called so we can enforce plan limits and investigate problems. We do not copy your campaigns, creatives, reporting data or CRM records into our own storage; those are read from the platform each time you ask a question and are not retained afterwards.

Two things are kept for a while. A change your AI tool prepares in Google Ads, Google Search Console or HubSpot is saved as a preview, and once it runs we keep the platform's answer instead; a daily clean-up deletes each preview a day or two after it was made. Search Console URL inspection results are kept so the next inspection can show what changed, until you disconnect Search Console or delete your account.

Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy, and the contractual terms are in our Data Processing Agreement.
