Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdPlug MCP ("AdPlug", "Service"), operated by MEANDATA IT S.R.L. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AdPlug is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform that enables users to connect their advertising accounts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads), Google Search Console and HubSpot, and manage them through AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

When you connect an advertising platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads), Google Search Console or a HubSpot portal, you authorize AdPlug to access that account's data on your behalf using OAuth tokens. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the accounts, Search Console properties and HubSpot portals you connect. If you are connecting accounts on behalf of a client, employer, or any other third party, you represent that you have their explicit authorization to do so and to use AdPlug with their account data.

AdPlug accesses your connected accounts only to fulfill requests made through your MCP endpoint. We do not independently access, modify, or analyze your account data outside of your explicit tool requests. You direct AdPlug to send the data your AI tool requests back to that AI tool, which handles it under its own terms.

You agree not to:

• Share your MCP endpoint URL with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the Service to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including its advertising policies
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

AdPlug offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing.

• Usage limits are enforced per subscription tier
• Exceeding your monthly call limit will result in requests being rejected until the next billing cycle
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of any paid charge. Free trials are never charged if canceled before the trial ends. Statutory rights apply on top of this window. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

When you connect your Google Ads account, AdPlug accesses Google API Services on your behalf. Your use of Google data through AdPlug is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• AdPlug only accesses your Google Ads data when you explicitly request it through an MCP tool call
• We do not use your Google Ads data for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests
• You can revoke AdPlug's access to your Google Ads account at any time from your dashboard or from your Google Account settings
• AdPlug does not transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

When you connect Reddit Ads, AdPlug uses the Reddit Ads API on your behalf. By connecting, you agree to Reddit's Advertising Services Agreement, the Reddit Ads API Terms and, when you use conversion or audience features, the Reddit Business Tool Terms.

• You confirm that you are authorized to act for the Reddit ad accounts you connect
• You grant Reddit the licenses its Advertising Services Agreement requires for any ads and ad materials you create or change through AdPlug
• You must not use Reddit data obtained through AdPlug to train AI models or share it outside your organization

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by MEANDATA IT S.R.L. The data in your connected accounts remains your property. We claim no ownership of your data.

AdPlug is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any changes made to your connected accounts through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all changes (campaign changes, bid adjustments, CRM record updates, etc.) before executing them.

Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These are the service levels we work to for every customer, whichever platforms you connect.

• Availability: we aim to keep AdPlug (our MCP endpoints at api.adplug.app and the dashboard at adplug.app) available at least 99.5% of the time in each calendar month. Maintenance we have announced in advance does not count against this, and neither do outages at a connected platform, at your AI tool, or on your own network.
• Support: email support@adplug.app. We reply within one business day, usually the same day.
• Incidents: if an outage, or a change at a connected platform, stops AdPlug working for you, we email the customers affected, keep them updated until it is fixed, and tell them what happened.
• Maintenance: we may carry out maintenance or updates that briefly affect availability, and we make reasonable efforts to announce planned downtime in advance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and these service levels do not come with service credits. You can cancel at any time, and our Refund Policy applies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chișinău, Moldova.
